I’m a researcher, educator, and consultant passionate about using data to make education more meaningful and equitable. My expertise spans educational measurement, statistical modeling, study design, and data interpretation. I’ve had the privilege of leading and collaborating on federally funded research projects and take pride in mentoring students to think critically with data. I also integrate AI tools into my research and teaching to inspire innovation in learning.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors—jogging, hiking, and tending to my garden. I also love exploring new places and cultures through travel. I live with my husband, our son, and two affectionate cats who keep life lively and full of joy.
